The Vibroplex® 100th ANNIVERSARY ORIGINAL BUG (1904-2004) - This key duplicates one of the most popular early bases, a "weathered" black Japanese-like powdered coat finish with gold pin stripe border. Chromed upper parts match the Standard Original Bug with black paddles and unique serial numbers. Weight 4 lbs. Cord not included.

Over the past several months we have experienced increasing production problems with the bases of the 100th Anniversary Original Bug

This key was originally designed to duplicate the "weathered" look of the early cast bases that were hand painted. It has been very difficult to match this look with modern techniques and still satisfy our customers.

Effective January 23, 2007, we will only be offering our 100th Anniversary Original Bugs as "seconds." This means they could have slight cosmetic blemishes to the edge of the base. The top parts are all in good condition and the usual warranty applies to operation and parts. This does not affect the collectibility of the Vibroplex key.

We will offer these keys "as is" at a 25% discount ($157.46).  Each key will include a free 100th Anniversary patch. We believe this is the fairest way to offer this unique key and satisfy our customers.
